United Water delivers a full range of customer services, including the operation of call centres,receiving and recording work requests, dispatching work crews, setting of tariffs and customer billing.

Each year our employees undertake customer service training with an emphasis on dealing effectively with customer requests.

We place a high priority on informing our customers about any activities that may affect them. This may take the form of personal visits, letterbox notification cards or media advertisements.

Each year United Water responds to more than 100,000 water or wastewater service requests across our operations.

We are committed to consistently delivering high levels of service, from the way we respond to initial service requests, through to site clean up after completing the job.

United Water undertakes annual customer surveys and consistently receives greater than 90 percent satisfaction levels across all aspects of service.
